Participating global and regional customer strategy process(CSR), development local customer strategy

Define target customer, target projects with support from regional key account management team (KAM)

Capturing local market and customer trends (innovation/ market/ trend scouting/ market pull & technology push)

Establish and track the customer's new energy roadmap and find the right entry point

Participating of global product strategy process(PST)

Development / adaption of PST to the region, if necessary development of local product strategy with alignment to the global team

Define coherent growth plan for division in the region in close alignment with regional Sales
