Major Responsibilities主要职责:
Develop the process flow and equipment for new project(Mainly the development and application of new molds by SWS foaming)
Monitor and support supplier to develop the new equipment base on the TRW and STASS requirement
Prepare the documents including PFMEA, Process Flow Chart, Process KPC, Specification, WI etc.
Yearly review the future projects timing and forecast to establish the investment plan for next year
Training the operators for new project and process
Study the new materials  and spray robot for foaming process.
Using statistical methods (e.g. SPC, 6 sigma) to find out the root cause of failure mode which found in daily production regarding manufacturing engineering,
Promoting continuous improvement and keeping the lean production in responsible area
Monthly review the line capacity and give out the temporary and long term solution if the line capacity can’t meet the customer’s forecast 
Monitor and support production department to manage fixed assets
Be responsible for the process document updating
Support Maintenance technician to do TPM

Key Competencies任职要求:

Foaming or injection molding related experience. 有发泡或者注塑相关的经验
Good English Communication skill 良好的英语沟通技巧。
Good Office software and AutoCAD skill 良好的办公自动化软件和AUTOCAD 操作技巧。
Prefer to know OSS product and process 了解乘员安全限制产品和工艺优先。
Familiar with TS16949,VDA6.3,Q1 了解TS16949 VDA6.3 Q1体系要求
Experience on LEAN manufacturing. 有精益生产方面的工作经验

Engineering education background; prefer in materials property Bachelor Degree 工程学大学本科,材料学优先。
