Manufacture Engineer

We are currently expanding our ME team and looking for new colleagues who will join our team at our location in Jiading, Shanghai.


Your tasks:


  • Be responsible for the line process issue that causes machine break down and production scrap cost. Deep dive to find root cause and trouble-shooting online to keep production run smoothly
  • Design and implement process data collection and analysis methods to foster process control and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
  • Develops process documentation and keep updating when production or process change. trains personnel on new processes, materials, and equipment.
  • As lead process engineer work with local/global cross functional teams for process/machine development and advanced quality planning activities
  • Analyze new processes and equipment with the intent of achieving continuous improvement of present methods.


Your profile:


  • Bilingual in Chinese and English (other language speaking) .
  • Strong understanding of pneumatic and electrical systems.
  • Proficiency using AutoCAD to do mechanical detail drawings.
  • Ability to programming and troubleshooting Programmable Logical Controller (PLC) systems.
  • Personal computer applications proficiency.
