Manufactruing Engineer

We are currently expanding our ME team and looking for new colleagues who will join our team at our location in Jiading, Shanghai.

 

Your tasks:

 

  • Develop the process flow and equipment for new project
  • Monitor and support supplier to develop the new equipment base on the TRW and STASS requirement
  • Prepare the documents including PFMEA, Process Flow Chart, Process KPC, Specification, WI etc. 
  • Using statistical methods (e.g. SPC, 6 sigma) to find out the root cause of failure mode which found in daily production regarding manufacturing engineering
  • Promoting continuous improvement and keeping the lean production in responsible area

 

Your profile:

 

  • Engineering education background; prefer in above mechanic College Degree 
  • Good English Communication skill 
  • Prefer to know OSS product and process 
  • Familiar with IATF 16949
