Manager Operations Excellence APAC

Responsibility
•Leading operations excellence team in region, including Lean production, operations excellence application manager, and region process expert in SCM and production
•Develop and align region operations excellence road map and strategy with global
•Work closely with ZF group region AP production team, regards to ZF I4.0 and advance manufacture tech.
•Ensure  cross-functional projects within Operations and embed into the region when mature
•Provides transparency and continuous information flow regarding regional landscape, trends and bottlenecks
•Ensures appropriate resources and infrastructure are in place in the locations to deliver results           
•Initiates corrective action and escalation where required to the relevant domain function lead or business line lead and drives resolution
•Drives an effective local joined-up response and organization in support of digitalization, warehousing and logistics optimization projects
•Builds network and links between divisional functions and local structure
•Ensures the correct governance is in place to minimizes risks for project implementation
•Participates in regional CAPEX planning to ensure digitalization, automation, logistic and supply optimization and lean projects are properly included
•Locally responsible for Ops Excellence roadmaps adherence, rollout and implementation
Skill & Requirement
§In-depth knowledge in plant/DC and industry operations
§Knowledge of transportation modes and distribution network
§Knowledge of supply chain network design
§Working experience with Industry 4.0, automation and digitalization technologies
§Proven track record in delivering logistics and supply chain optimization projects
§Ability to collaborate and coordinate efforts with internal and external stakeholders
§Multifunctional leadership skills to aggregate different areas towards common objectives
§Proven project management skills or PMI certification
§Proven virtual leadership abilities
§Continuous improvement mindset
