Manager Compliance Investigation Asia Pacific

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing compliance investigations incl. Coordination with corporate functions, compliance officers, compliance delegates, outside counsels and others for the Region Asia Pacific incl. Investigation team
  • Responsibility on performance of plausibility checks, analyses, investigation scoping and implementation, reporting and development of remediation measures/recommendations
  • Conducting Compliance Investigations in adherence with all relevant legislation, guidelines and best practice in case of Compliance incidents (incl. e.g., fraud, corruption, embezzlement, violation of legislation, conflict of interests)
  • Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the performed investigations in compliance with investigation and documentation processes
  • Verifying investigation results and ensuring that risks associated with investigations are identified and appropriately escalated.
  • Conduct fact finding and perform data analyses in order to substantiate initial suspicions and enable the derivation of proper investigation measures
  • Evaluation of financial impacts and ensuring transparent and comprehensive documentation of performed investigations (tasks)
  • Conduct interviews in the course of investigations in compliance with legal requirements, including preparation of documentation in co-operation with Labor Law and Legal
  • Presentation of investigations results, performance of closing meetings and creation of investigation reports in adherence with ZF Corporate standards incl. measures and recommendations for remediation.
  • Preparation of regular reporting of Compliance Investigations and regular alignment/review with key functions in the region

 

 

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree (Accounting / Finance / Business ), MBA or other graduate degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years minimum experience in investigations/forensic and/or Internal Audit, either in a global industrial company, law firm or a major accounting firm
  • Professional certifications (CIA, CFE or equivalent) would be advantageous
  • Valid Driver’s license.
