This position will be part of the new Divisional Process Expert team in Materials Management in division R.
Your Task:
•Develop and manage MM policies, processes and guidelines in a stand-alone set up
•Key element for IATF certification and to ensure compliance
•Strategy & optimization for the MM processes
•Define, map & maintain MM process landscape & descriptions, incl. transfer from as-is to to-be
•Continuous improvement of MM processes / guidelines to increase efficiency, e.g. by automation, digitalization or simplification.
•Governance of processes incl. monitoring of deviations from standards and definition of corrective actions
•Support external audits and work with internal cross-functions, e.g. for stand-alone IATF certification
•Project management of MM projects (e.g. boost, prisma, digitalization, next level MM, etc.
Your Profile:
•Experience in process management, governance or internal auditing
•Experience in Materials Management (purchasing or logistics) preferred
•Project management (as team member / project leader)
