We are currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Shanghai.

Your Tasks

  • 正确组织收、发、存流程，确保生产线的物料供应和客户的发运。负责日常仓储管理工作，包括：收发、仓储、运输、产线配送以及5S 管理；物料的收发管控，库存监控，确保账实相符；仓库呆滞料的定期处理；第三方物流供应商的日常管理，确保高效运作。
  • 定期组织实物盘点，保证仓库帐物一致（含外库）。
  • 客户投诉和审核管理。外部审核的准备，审核问题项的整改和跟踪反馈；内部审核计划制定，落实和问题跟踪；处理客户投诉，整改措施执行和跟踪反馈。
  • 流程优化与改进仓库作业流程标准化的制定、建立及更新；仓库目视化改进、效率改进项目的策划和实施；SAP参数设置维护；指导并检查包装PFEP创建和维护；新项目新产品的包装规范要求；控制包装等辅料成本及编制年度包装辅料成本预算和持续改进。
  • 仓库人员和团队管理员工岗位和工作内容安排、技能评估和培训；员工绩效考评并定期回顾，以确保员工良好的绩效表现；仓库人员的补充招聘，人员带教。


Your Profile

  • 五年及以上制造行业物流仓储相关工作经验，其中三年以上仓储物流主管相关工作经验    
  • 有500强外资汽车公司工作经验者尤佳；  
  • 本科及以上学历，管理、工科背景为佳；
  • 具备SAP 操作系统 PP、MM、WMS 模块的应用经验； 
  • 能接受出差。
