We are looking for a new colleague Logistics Project Manager for our Division Car Chassis Technology at our location of Xuhui District, Shanghai.

Your tasks:

Main Target: F04 Project work in systems acquisitions and project implementations. Support or leading continues improvement activities. Monitor and communicate Audit schedules for suppliers. Monitor, communicate and escalate KPI reporting deadlines.

Lead or support the F04 logistics function in acquisition and implementation projects in the project management process, like: 1), Carry out logistics cost calculation in coordination with the plant logistics and CPYL and CKL2; 2). Develop and evaluate logistics concepts for projects in acquisition together with the HoL CKL2. 3), Logistics planning & industrialization for projects.
Support logistics development of the ZF CY systems locations: Participate in monthly follow up meetings of the target sheets; Identify possible further improvements and present possible implementation paths to the plant and central logistics; Analyze the impact on the overall plant performance and the impact on logistics costs; Support plants in the implementation of improvement activities.
Run Supplier logistics development in the region for the ZF CY system plants: Conduct/co-lead supplier logistics development process; Create supplier activity plans in case of deviations and follow up their implementation. In case of deviations from the agreed activity plans communicate and escalate to the responsible central purchaser / SQA/SQE and the plant functions (logistics).
Implement the logistics KPI reporting GP0107 within all ZF-CY locations in the region, if required. Follow up, retrieve, consolidate KPI reporting from plants. Check data for consistency if possible. Report consolidated data to CYPL.
Prepare/summarize reports/data for presentations
Confer with project team to develop a work plan and prioritize tasks
Comply with ZF-CY Management System
Other duties as agreed to from time to time allocated by the superior
Achievement of the agreed targets out of the target agreement
Attend and participate in cross functional team meetings

Your Profile:

Travel domestic or overseas as required (>1 time per month).
