Key Account Manager- OES

What you can look forward to as Key Account Manager:

  • Develop new customers, new reman business, and pursue penetration opportunities (OES2/OES3) of service parts to achieve sales revenue and margin targets.
  • Manage OES projects in accordance with ZF's new project launch standard process.
  • Follow up on open order status and expedite overdue parts to meet customer requests.
  • Obtain and verify customer forecast information to schedule demand properly.
  • Manage product life cycle under commercial aspects and support EOP parts supply plan negotiation between suppliers and OES customers to meet customer demand with lower inventory cost.
  • Coordinate with the demand planning team to track excess stock and ensure provision value is lower than the target.
  • Resolve commercial issues related to GT invoices and support the collection of outstanding overdue AR.
  • Build a strong network with ZF OE Sales and global OES Key Account Managers to ensure the team handles all service parts business.
  • Maintain regular proactive customer contact to secure seamless pre-NPI and NPI processes.
  • Support the Manager in preparing regular reports according to management requirements, such as OES monthly reports, OP, and forecast reports.


Your Profile as Key Account Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in an automotive tier 1 or tier 2 company.
  • Proficient in MS-Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Strong pricing negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both internally and externally.
  • Good understanding of other countries’ cultures.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
