Main Tasks:

  • Data collection/analysis
  1. Market intelligent study
  2. Part master data update
  3. Supplier contact collect and summary
  4. On-time-sourcing report downloading and analysis
  • Cost analysis from supplier cost breakdowns
  • Purchasing system maintenance

Requirements:

  • Proficient Microsoft Office user (i.e. Excel, Power Point).
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Base profile: Flexible, team player, results oriented, organized, efficient.
  • Desired: Fast learning, sense of ownership, good communication skills.
  • Available working days ≥ 3 days/week
