We are looking for a new colleague Industrial Engineer for our Division Car Chassis Technology at our location of Xuhui, Shanghai.

Your tasks:

Project management through A3 to A8, through acquisition phase to handover to plant 3 months after SOP, according to GDPEP process.
Plan and implement and improve the assembly and manufacturing system and its processes according to ZF standards and policies as well as customer requirements.
Plan and implement new assembly lines and back-up processes with regards to required equipment, tooling & spare parts. Perform Assembly line, Torque & Press tool parameterize. Establish work plan, line layout, technical machine specification, back-up plans.
Perform Assembly line, Torque & Press tool parameterization.
Take leadership during project installation phases.
Take responsibility of supplier monitoring.
Best practice share, develop improvements and innovations approaches.
Consult with German colleagues to improve Know How transfer.

Your profile:

Working experience: Min. 5 years of professional experience in manufacturing and assembly operations. Experienced in project management. Torque & Press tool parameterization capabilities. Profound analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good Mechanical & Electrical technical skills. Capability to understand technical processes and parameterize them.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related.
Fluent oral and writing English.
