We're looking for a new colleague to support manager for managing import & export operations, to facilitate all related process and reduce customs risks at our location in Xuhui, shanghai.

Your tasks:

Import Customs Clearance:

To follow import shipments arrival, upload customs required data into TAS before shipment arrival.
To make the proforma invoice/ packing list and information note to customs broker for custom clearance.
To collect all import documents including BL/ invoice/GIT data and prepare declaration documents to broker for declaration.
Follow up import shipment declaration, coordinate on problem during the custom declaration. Make sure goods arrived in WH in time.
Documentation all required doc. after declaration done.

Export operation arrangement

To arrange monthly shipment plan at the beginning of each month
To communication with CS align the specify shipping date
To arrange the nominated forwarder o booking and confirm ETD to CS
To make the proforma invoice/ packing list to customs broker for custom clearance.
Follow up export shipment declaration, coordinate on problem during the custom declaration.
Prepare documents for COO application for existing shipments and send original COO to the customers
To collect all export documents including BL/ COO and save on public disk
To control the logistics cost for customs declaration and relative transportation and cost saving

HS Classification: HS classification for new parts, HS data base management.
Others:

Broker billing check. And submit to Finance in time. Well documented in related report.
To manage the performance of customs brokers by monthly KPI
To control the logistics cost for customs declaration and relative transportation and cost saving
Customs declaration contract renew, benchmark and tender process support
Update import working instruction and process timely.

Your profile:

College degree in Customs, logistics, international trade or related
At least 3 years relevant experience in Customs, Import & Export operations
Initiative, accountable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced multi-cultural environment with good team spirits.
Good command of MS office (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, Power BI)
Fluent in spoken and written English and local language
Sensitive of cost
Good communication ability
Certificate of HS classification is preferred.
