HR System and Digital Analyst

We are looking for a new colleague in the IT Department at our location in Shanghai.

 

Your Task

  • Support China HR organization regarding HR IT topics in operations, change and upcoming projects.
  • Provide day to day HR system/application support (issue and change management) for the HR key users including Payroll, Absence Management, Time Tracking management.
  • Introduce, share knowledge and work methodology to new HR system key users and Managers. Support HR users to communicate with system vendor or global support team.
  • Translate HR operations needs into system requirements and conversely, explain technical details to end users in understandable manner
  • Partnership with HR, IT, system vendor to improve HR process efficiency, simplification, automation and accuracy by building or upgrading HR digital solutions and e-platforms
  • Design and develop user acceptance tests and coordinate data migration and mass upload if needed
  • Maintain and develop documentation for responsible area and organize and communicate documentation.
  • Being part of a regional and a global HR IT team: provide support on global HRIS implementation and enhancement projects as well as regional rollout and implementation

 

Your Profile

  • 3+ years’ professional experiences in HR area with good knowledge and understanding of HR process, function and technical solution, especially for CDP and SAP SuccessFactors
  • Working experiences in automotive industry is an advantage
  • A bachelor’s degree or above in area of Information system, computer science, business management, economics, human resource management or related
  • Fluent spoken and written English; Knowledge of German is an advantage
  • Programming skills in SAP ABAP is an advantage
  • Experience managing small to medium-sized projects, PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus
  • Experience in international projects
  • Strong IT system operation management skill, ITIL certification is plus
  • Strong HR application Know-How in the respective modules
