IT Partner Management Consultant

We are searching for a new colleague in IT Partner Management team at the location in Jiuting campus，China.

Your task:

• Develop and execute monthly, Quarterly and Annual reviews with selected vendors. 
• Maintain and Monitor management information in vendor management tools, based on inputs provided by stakeholder departments and external vendors
• Develop and present management summaries on request for C level IT executives. Monitor and Support Central IT Purchasing, especial RfX activities, Negotiations, Escalations.
• Analyze monthly financial reports and forecasts, support planning and monitoring activities. Be fully familiar with quality of running services (e.g., explore monthly SLA reports), status of running projects (Project Portfolio of the given vendor(s))
• Compliance Management: support coordinating of vendors’ and internal stakeholders’ efforts at fields of general IT security and audit topics (e.g., ISO27k, GDPR), industry specific initiatives (e.g., TISAX).Asset management: contribute to strategic efforts of Software Asset management initiatives and operational hardware lifecycle management activities

Your profile:

• Min. 3-5 years’ experience in a similar field at a multi-country environment, global coverage is an advantage.
• Solid understanding and experience with global technology trends and initiatives (Digitalization, Cloud-shift, Consumption based IT,…)
• Knowledge of IT procurement and sourcing activities and tactics, including RfX management, Contracting, Negotiations, Change Management, Termination activities, Risk management.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written is a must (Additional foreign language, especially German, is an advantage).
• Strong MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). User experience in with Microsoft Power BI and ERP system (SAP) is an advantage.
