Responsibilities:
• Manage variety of workplace devices (desktop, laptop, tablets, phones, ..) and department devices, e.g. printers, media technique, etc.
Operate and administer onsite IT infrastructure incl. servers, storage, local networks, phone systems, etc.
- Deliver and support Corporate/Regional and Country Infrastructure Services at ZF locations in the respected area
- Implement global changes/rollouts/initiatives, govern and ensure technology standards/global processes
- Ensure an efficient global support and delivery process by strengthening the user centric approach for Service Desk and Field Services
- Develop and offer site specific complementary IT services
- Manage the entire lifecycle of a workplace, as well as asset management and support procurement
- Manage customer escalations and interact with Global Service Desk or other teams for resolution, improvements and knowledge transfer
- Manage shared AP staff responsible for front-end technologies
Scope on server, storage, database, backup, file share, printer services infrastructure setup and support in the respected area, as well as on incident management, asset management, problem management and change management
