IP Attorney

 

We are looking for a new colleague at our location in Songjiang, Shanghai

 

Your tasks:

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Divisions in AP to identify the ideas to be protected and bypass potential IP risk
  • Handle patent drafting, patent application, patent prosecution/OAs, portfolio management, FTO
  • Monitor patent filings by competitors
  • Deliver IP training to Divisions
  • Review IP related contracts and clauses

 

Your profile:

  • Mechanical or related education background
  • 5 years of working experience in IP, agencies experience is preferred
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Good team working and used to engage in patent invalidation, disputes, and litigations
