We are looking for a new colleague in Shanghai.
Your task:
•Overall responsibility for tax planning, reporting and compliance with international tax laws and regulations, notably tax filing by statutory filing deadlines.
•Manage local tax audits and establish relationship with provincial tax authorities
•Responsible for the preparation of the tax reporting packages for APAC entities; support in negotiations with JV Partners and suppliers/customers related to tax issues 
•Support in international tax planning, cash optimization and other ad-hoc tax projects such as mergers and acquisitions.
•Business partnering and establishing effective lines of communication with relevant peers and contacts in other functions and regions.
 
Your Profile:
  • 10+ year experience in Tax Accounting, very strong technical skills  
  • Business understanding and strong business orientation (cross-functional focus, customer centricity, solution-oriented)
  • Strong communication and advanced process-management skill
  • Motivator & team leading skills
