About The Team

We are looking for a new colleague Head of Finance AP of Division Chassis Solutions at our location of Shanghai, China.

What you can look forward to as Head of Finance AP:

• Responsible for Division in AP, Business Units, Engineering and Operations Controlling for the Region, drive business excellence for profitability, cash flow and strategic decisions focus on projects, products and customers.
• Challenge and steer responsible functions, business units and plants based on operational analysis from a financial perspective in regards to project, product and customer results to secure operational targets.
• Responsible for coordination of OP / SP and Forecast processes, including Planning, Reporting, Analysis and interfaces to Region and Functions (E.g. Monthly review meetings and Quarterly reporting and Management Reviews).
• Support in ad-hoc analyses, projects and requirements (BOM presentations, JV’s, QR..).
• Single point of contact regarding financials for Head of Division Asia Pacific.
• Sparring partner, manager and decision making support for Business Units Heads AP regarding financials.
• Investment Controlling of factory RUs and Projects.
• Secure effective management of interfaces with both internal and external business partners.
• Management of team members in regards to performance and career development. Lead all Regional Business Unites Controlloers, Regional Operation Controllers, Hub Controllers.

Your Profile as Head of Finance AP:

• Flexibility in analytics, concepts and organization / processes.
• Experience in Business / Factory / Controlling activities, prefer in auto parts industry with similar business size.
• Excellent leadership skills / Intercultural capabilities.
• English (fluent) in order to act globally.
• Strong ability of communication and mediation between interfaces.
• Management & leadership experience.
