Head of Finance & Controlling, Aftermarket Greater China

We're looking for a new colleague to join ZF Aftermarket at our location in Shanghai.

Your tasks:

• According to company’s strategic plan and objective, prepare operation planning and forecast.
• Consolidate the figures and analysis based on Greater China version.
• (Including FMG Qingdao and HK)..
• Supervise and analysis the variance of actual and plan, provide useful financial information to management team.
• Make sure the financial statement is fairly stated; timely complete the reporting and tax filling for the company.
• Make sure financial related internal control process design reasonable and performed effectively.
• Risk management from finance side (Including credit, tax regulation, cash flow and etc)
• Deeply participate business module analysis and project related feasibility study to facilitate the business.

Your Profile:

• 15 years above working experience in finance or accounting, and 10 years management experience in finance manager level or above
• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting of finance related major
• China CPA accounting certification is highly preferred.
• Proficient command of English, including verbal
• Proficient Office Software skills, SAP & PowerBI expertise is preferred
• Familiar with related financial accounting and tax regulations
• Familiar with company management and compliance principles
• Excellent communication skills and coordination skills
• Excellent financial forecasting and modeling skills
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
