About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague in R&D Center at our location in Songjiang, Shanghai.​

What you can look forward to as a Hardware Core Engineer for Shock Absorber:

• Design of shock absorber key components according to company specification, national or international standard and customer specifications.
• Technical review with supplier, corporate with SDE for key components production.
• Internal technical validation for key components, conduct sample prototyping and tests, write reports, analyze test results and optimize design or processing if needed.
• Communicate with European technical center to get technical support from experts.
• Support application engineering in China and Korea concerning component failure analysis.
• Support product life management on VAVE, quality, issue, etc.

Your Profile as a Hardware Core Engineer for Shock Absorber:

• Preferred min. 2 years in the field of product development of automotive or mechanical industry, especially validation experience. 
• Bachelor/Master degree in mechanical engineering or automotive engineering.
• Chinese (native speaker) is mandatory, German is an additional asset, not mandatory.
• Business fluency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing，Daily communication in English.
