HR Learning & Talent Development Expert, ATC

Your Tasks

Act as a dedicated learning specialist for ATC, managing and executing learning & development policy and guidelines, regulating internal training, external training and training binding agreement

Provide learning solutions per ATC business and employee development needs in order to support the competency development, reskilling and upskilling

Be responsible for the planning and execution of annual training activities at ATC, from training needs analysis, training plan formulation, communications, implementation and quality management / improvement

Deliver timely new employee orientation (NEO)

Coordinate the performance management and talent review process per global guideline and schedule

Provide data analysis and reporting on ATC learning and development per request

 

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree, master preferred.

At least 8 years working experience, 5 years on learning and development management in multinational companies.

Strong developmental mindset and learning agility

Structural thinking and catering operational details for efficiency

Project management

Communications / teamwork

English proficiency
