HR Engagement Specialist

Position Responsibilities:

  • Propose HR internal communication & engagement strategies & budget in APHQ.
  • Monitor HR information platform (including Intranet, WeChat, etc.) to ensure HR-related news to be released timely with accuracy and credibility
  • Support Communication & other departments to organize communication platform, for top management to share company strategy and business update with employees, including Town Hall Meeting, etc.
  • Work together with APHQ employee ambassador committee to design and schedule APHQ employee engagement program, enhance employees' cohesion and promote company culture shift, including Annual Party, Family Day, other employee activities, etc.
  • Take initiatives on APHQ reward & recognition program design and implementation.
  • Support other HR operation related tasks as per requested by HR Ops manager.

 

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree, perferrbly in Marketing / Communications or relevant fields
  • Good command of English both in oral and written.
  • Good communication skill, people oriented
  • Attention to detail is a must, flexibility, highly organized
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-tasks management
  • Creative and design-oriented
  • Solid project management capability is a plus
