Friction Engineer

We are looking for a new collegue in Division A at our location in Shanghai：
Your Task:
• To analysis customers’ requirement, make the gap analysis between ZF and customers.
• To input clear requirement to suppliers and discuss the test plan with customers and Friction suppliers.
• To handle the testing resource and align with all ZF engineering cross function.
• To check and distinguish the friction test reports, frequently meeting with customers and suppliers.
• To handle and solve friction issue during development with ZF and friction suppliers.
Your Profile：
• Braking engineering experience for more than three years
• Friction engineering experience is preferential
• Fluent Japanese language is preferential, but Fluent English is peremptory
• Project management experience for Japan OEM is preferential
• Conversant friction test procedure is peremptory
