Fixture Design Engineer

About the Team:

We are looking for a new colleague in R&D Center at our location in Shanghai.

What you can look forward to as a Fixture Design Engineer：

• Act as one chain in test OPE, design fixture (establish 3D/2D models and series drawings with Pro/E) for different test, durability, fatigue, static test, etc. Discuss with test engineer regarding requirements in test specification. 
• Design fixture, tools, adaptor for process machine, design single tools for assembly and disassembly shock absorbers. 
• Follow up fixture purchasing flow, PR, PO, and final acceptance. Manage all the fixture in testing services group, maintain the fixture list.
• As part of test engineering, participate design work during new machine manufacturing, existing machine upgrade and modification, join in solution review and discussion with supplier. 
• Make layout drawing for the facilities or machines, support the equipment team for necessary drawing, like hydraulic graph, pneumatic graph, construction chart, etc.
• Communicate with tooling supplier, explain the drawing with them, control quality, and review the incoming measurement report.
• Contact with tooling designer in headquarter, standardize the method, manage the drawings in SAP

Your Profile as a Fixture Design Engineer：

• Min. 2 years in mechanical engineering 
• Bachelor or above in mechanical major
• English good in reading and writing
• Familiar with CAD, Pro/E(Creo), AutoCAD, MS Office, SAP 
• Good knowledge in mechanical design and drawing
