Finance Process Excellence Specialist

We're looking for a new colleague to join ZF Aftermarket at our location in Shanghai

Your tasks:

• Coordinate and identify areas of harmonization, simplification and automation for Finance processes within Division B (in collaboration with ZF Group and other divisions)
• Connect with Division B and AP Region’s continuous improvement experts as single point of contact in AP and lead continuous improvement activities for Finance
• Draft guidelines and best practice standard operating procedures; carry out preventive internal control activities; coordinate and follow up on audit findings and ICS controls; take the lead to rollout ICS improvements (incl. automation)
• Perform independent cross-functional checks and conduct investigations; identify root cause for discrepancies and improvement areas; Improve process awareness among peers; conduct and coordinate rollout and/or trainings on guidelines and processes
• Support special projects upon request

Your profile:

• Above 8 years in foreign investment or joint venture.
• Above 3 years audit background, strong understanding of accounting processes,
• Certified Public Accountant is preferred
• Certified Six Sigma is preferred
• Bachelor degree or above (finance, accounting)
• Good business acumen, Good understanding of business process management and project management; Great communication skills and proficient in English
• Able to work well under pressure in an international environment with global calls
• Conscientious work attitude
• Excellent Office Software Skills (esp. Excel and Powerpoint)
