Finance Manager

We are looking for new colleague Finance Manager for our Division Car Chassis Technology at our location of Shanghai.

 

Your tasks:

  • Controlling responsibilities, mainly includes: Business controlling: Monthly closing, rolling forecast, OPSP, various FP&A management reports; Production controlling: Operation performance, factory costs, efficiencies, investment, productivities, etc; Commercial controlling: Business acquisition, business case, project controlling, profitability analysis.

  • Accounting/ Treasury/ Tax: Accounting reports, under IFRS and China GAAP; Working capital management, cash planning, etc. Tax planning, tax rate optimization including high-tech rate, super-deduction. 

  • Internal control, Compliance, auditing: Robust internal control in place, ensure control effectiveness, and process enhancement; Compliance delegate, ensure all finance and business process running within compliance rules. Interface with internal/external auditing, identify potential issues, and risk mitigation. 

 

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, related major. 

  • 10 -15 working experience, preferred in automotive industry.

  • Plant experience is must, strong skill for costing management. Joint venture experience will be an advantage.

  • Strong leadership, Team player and good communication skills cross functions.

  • Accountable, result-oriented, confident, proactive for improvement.

  • Strong excel/PPT, deep understanding for ERP (SAP preferred).

  • Good English, written and speaking.
