About The Team

We are looking for a new colleague with expertise in Finance Controlling as the head of Finance function in our organization

Your Profile as Finance Controller

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably in a multinational or complex organization
• Experience in business partnering, FP&A, treasury, or tax management is highly desirable, preferred in auto parts industry with similar business sizes.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional qualification (CFA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning with insightful variance and scenario analysis
• Partner with leadership as a trusted advisor to drive strategic decisions and improve financial performance
• Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting with clear management insights and KPI tracking
• Drive cost control and profitability improvement through structured analysis and efficiency initiatives
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity in line with corporate treasury policiesEnsure tax compliance and support tax planning to optimize efficiency and manage risks
• Maintain strong internal controls, ensure compliance, and support audits and risk mitigationLead and develop the finance team, fostering high performance and strong business partnering capabilities
