• 1．OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的 The role of the AME engineer is responsible for providing technical guidance and manufacturing expertise in the development and implementation of manufacturing planning initiatives within the business unit in Region China. This position is also responsible for industrialization of new products through the successful launch of programs both within time and budgetary constraints, all while adhering to ZF company standards/policy and customer requirements.

  2．MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES主要职责 Manufacturing planning activities within China to support internal and external customers, including but not limited to pre-planning conceptualization and capital investment analyses, specification development, equipment vendor selection, installation/commissioning of manufacturing equipment (e.g. first run-off), and production releases of equipment and manufacturing procedures. Work as interface to global IRS Assy manufacturing experts to develop IRS module manufacturing processes and implement in China plants Conduct and lead planning activities such as DFM, P-FMEA, Cycle time calculation etc. in project phase. Complete vendor assessments for selection initiatives through on-site visits and performance analyses. Ensure implementation of planning phase for equipment installations in the plant related to pre-series and launch management projects in coordination with the global manufacturing planning department. Support change management processes regarding launch management timing and engineering change implications (i.e. quotations, validations, timing, communications to affected departments/groups, etc.). Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, formal training, reviewing professional publications, establishing and expanding professional networks, and participating in professional societies. Ensure regional business unit compliance with all TS16949 and ISO-14001 requirements, ZF corporate policies, and divisional directives. Perform other duties as assigned.

  KEY COMPETENCIES资格能力要求 Strong grasp of technical subjects, ideally with an Engineering background Strong problem solving and analytical skills Ability to work within multi-functional, multi-cultural teams Ability to influence and engage at multiple levels within internal and external organizations Ability to work independently & results-oriented Knowledge of processes involved in PSS product manufacture and lean manufacturing principles Good knowledge of PSS Systems products Experience of working on international projects. Good verbal and written communication skills. Superior ability to use modern business software associated with AME role Ability/willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.

  EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求 Education: B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field                     Language:  English                     Experience: 3+ years’ experience within the PSS business area
