We are looking for a new colleague to join our DTA team.

To support the implementation and Roll Out of the “ZF ERP Template”, based on SAP/4 HANA in the region Asia Pacific, we are expanding our team - become part of it as HR Digital Transformation Agent.

Responsibilities

• Driving the implementation of all project related design activities within the region Asia-Pacific with specific legal and local requirements, but strong focus on the global standards of HR
• Identifying gaps between existing HR functionalities incl. requirements of a specific ZF site and the globally defined standards of the ZF ERP Template and creating solutions how to close them focusing on the global standards defined in the ERP Template
• Providing input to the Process Management Organization and the SAP Build and Configuration team regarding deviations from standard processes and interfaces
• Taking on the role of a Process Expert in HR (Define & adjust standard Process for the ERP-Template when required - in close corporation with the responsible Global Process Owner (GPO) and his/her team)
• Taking on the role of a sub-project manager for the domain HR processes in scope in order to actively ensure the defined (sub)project goals
• Training of Key-Users at the ZF sites
• Conducting test preparation and execution with the Key-Users at the site
• Guiding Key-Users in data cleansing, mapping, enriching and validation tasks
• Ensuring proper business execution after GoLive of SAP ERP template
• Acting as primary contact for Key-Users regarding project related questions
   

Skills

• Extensive process experience in the area of HR with focus on core HR (Payroll, T&A, GL-accounting, travel expense reimbursement, etc) in the region
• Good functional SAP and other HR-Systems (Payroll and Benefits, Time and Attendance) experience incl. the interdependencies between processes and their related SAP modules in other domains (Finance and Controlling, Travel and Expense) on end-to-end level
• Solid experience in large multinational projects with HR focus
• Knowledge of general company processes which affects HR
• Knowledge of specific legal or local process requirements in the regions
• Able to analyze and solve issues with a solution-oriented approach
• Empathic and cultural open to work with Key-Users and project members from different countries
• Resilient and able to work under pressure to reach project goals
• Ability to travel in the region
• Fluent English language skills
