Job title

Roll-Out Project Manager

Purpose of the job

Leading regional projects to implement the “ZF ERP Template”, based on SAP4HANA at the locations of ZF worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Driving all project related tasks to implement the ZF ERP Template at different ZF locations within a region (Americas, EMEA, Asia-Pacific)
  • Collaborating with the ZF central teams, the regional HUB as well as regional and local teams to ensure proper delivery of the project over the whole project lifecycle
  • Ensuring project execution respecting project milestones, timeline and budget as well as defined project goals
  • Managing and adapting project plan and reporting of project status and progress
  • Leading project team members in executing the defined project work packages and creating the associated deliverables.
  • Managing of project stakeholders incl. proper communication and preparation and execution of Steering Committee meetings.
  • Managing project risks and escalations
  • Being first contact for plant management during the project lifecycle
  • Providing feedback to central teams regarding continuous improvement of project methodology and lessons learned

Skills

  • Extensive experience in project management, especially in large SAP programs and projects
  • Solid process experience in automotive or industrial business
  • Solid functional SAP experience incl. the interdependencies between processes and their related SAP modules
  • Knowledge of specific regional, legal or local process requirements
  • Able to analyze and solve issues with a solution-oriented approach
  • Manage conflicts with a goal-oriented approach
  • Able to coordinate tasks involving different teams worldwide
  • Good leadership and communication skills
  • Empathic and cultural open to work with Key-Users and project members from different countries
  • Resilient and able to work under pressure to reach project goals
  • Willingness to travel to different ZF sites within the region and worldwide
  • Fluent English language skills
