About the Team
This position is part of the ZF ADAS & HPC business unit known internally as "Capri." This business unit is planned for divestiture to Harman International, a Samsung company and global innovator in automotive technology, presenting a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting new chapter in the ADAS space.
What you can look forward to as a Hydraulic Tuning Engineer:
- Create a QA plan based on identified quality requirements for the project and product.
- Plan and schedule the QA activities and approve the tailoring of the standard process.
- Ensures Standard Process Gate requirements are achieved and stops deliveries if safety is not assured, support risk assessment during projects development phases.
- Acts as the first gatekeeper for organizational quality assurance and has the authority to stop technical deliveries/releases and require escalation.
- Drives proper usage of problem-solving methodologies in the project. Ensures resulting quality of output.
- Prepare development teams for ASPICE assessments; participate in audits/assessments and performing gap analysis.
- Perform internal audits / evaluations; help assure quality of work products and process activities for projects.
- Drive continuous improvement and conduct process compliance check.
- Perform supplier assessments to support supplier compliance with ASPICE.
- Monitoring customer issue tracking to fulfil the customer request of duration and report.
Your Profile as an EQA Engineer:
- Proven experience of facilitating and performing reviews and knowledge of review techniques.
- Knowledge in System, Hardware and Software engineering and quality assurance related activities.
- Tool Chain: Codebeamer, POWER BI needed, familiar with CICD and Devops.
- Knowledge of ASPICE and ability to apply it to products required; ASPICE Provisional Assessor certificated is preferred.
- Proven experience of auditing, assessment following through findings to determining root cause and facilitating corrective actions.
- Knowledge of Functional Safety or Cyber Security is preferred. (e.g. ISO 26262, IEC 61508).
- Detailed knowledge of Requirements management, Change management, Configuration management, and Problem resolution management tool and process.
- Knowledge in 6 Sigma is preferred.
- PMP (Project management Professional) certificate is preferred.
- Familiar with APQP process.
- Excellent communication skills. Fluent in Spoken and Written English is mandatory.
- Metrics generation and analysis for Engineering Quality Assurance.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 and potential capability to carry out internal assessments (desirable).
