We are looking for a Team Member within our AP Head of Regional Domain Controlling, dedicated and located within Asia Pacific Region. This position oversees and controls  on R&D and SG&A within entire Region Asia Pacific.

Your Tasks

  • Lead Regional R&D & Overhead Controlling related activities and affairs
  • Business Partner for Engineering and SG&A Functions in the Region
  • Establishing and Execution of Monthly Reporting and Budgeting for R&D and SG&A
  • Drive and Coordinate Benchmark Analysis and Cost Improvement Initiatives within the Engineering and SG&A Area
  • Ensure harmonized Controlling/Reporting Standards within the Region in alignment with Global Standards and processes
  • Coordinate Roll outs of system/tool adaptations related to Finance within the region
  • Coordinate cross – regional transactions between Asia Pacific and other Regions / Global

 

Requirements

  • Successfully completed university studies as business economist, Accounting/Financing, industrial engineer, international management or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5-8 years on professional experience within automotive industry
  • Expert in Accounting and Financial Processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment. Experienced in leading a team in an international environment
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English
