Your Tasks

  • Overseas Operations AP (incl. Internal WH, Remanufacturing, Lean), and Quality AP.
  • Actively participates in the strategy development and deployment in the region. Set and agree the annual operating plan and associated KPI's for the region
  • Drives implementation of strategic action plans to secure delivery of operational and financial KPIs in support of the annual operational plan
  • Monitor, control and react to regional operational performance / deviations for all KPI's
  • Ensure appropriate resources and infrastructure are in place to enable delivery of above.
  • Initiate corrective action and escalation where required to the relevant domain function lead and drives resolution
  • Constructs lean transformation plan for the region and drives implementation
  • Researches and deploys innovation (eg I4.0)
  • Collaborates with BUs and DF to enable a seamless operation and customer excellence (eg short term forecast)
  • Works with BUs and DFs to translate long term trends (customers, markets, products,) in operations landscape design


Your Profile

  • In-depth competence in multi-site leadership management (spanning warehousing, manufacturing/remanufacturing and workshop) and industry knowledge
  • In-depth knowledge and competence of business management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources) and financial acumen
  • In-depth knowledge of production processes, remanufacturing, logistics, safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory, Lean, CI and stewardship processes
  • Sound understanding of process engineering and industrial engineering
