This role will be fully responsible for a fast-growing Asia regional business with close to 1 billion EUR sales revenue and multi plants. S/he will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to achieve aggressive business goals in Asia, specifically, the profit and loss operations, providing customer satisfaction, utilizing the talents of employees and creating value to company’s shareholders.

Accountabilities
➢ Develop and implement a regional vision, strategy, short and long term plans that drives product group growth, profit and cash flow in Asia pacific.
➢ Take full P&L responsibility; Ensure appropriate controls are in place for a robust financial performance and strong business operating results.
➢ Drive the aggressive business growth and achieve short and mid term goals
➢ Cultivate positive relationship and define synergized growth strategy;
➢ Collaborate closely with cross functional business leaders regionally and globally to ensure consistent and efficient use of resources for the benefit of the company’s Asia strategy;
➢ Develop and lead business development initiatives align with corporate strategy,
➢ Develop and execute business strategies to grow Electronics and ADAS business in the Asia Pacific region.
➢ Drive revenue growth and profitability for the division through effective management of the P&L.
➢ Build and maintain relationships with both domestic and international OEMs in the region.
➢ Develop and lead a high-performance team to achieve business objectives, including team talent development.
➢ Oversee the development and delivery of high-quality Electronics control units and ADAS systems for our customers, with new product development with the engineering team.
➢ Identify and evaluate new technological developments and gauge appropriateness for the business
➢ Ensure the division complies with all relevant regulations and standards.
➢ Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats to the business.
➢ Communicate with the global leadership team to ensure alignment of the division's goals with the overall company strategy
