Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a new colleague in the Division B department at our location Shanghai.

 

Tasks:

  •  Follow up customers’ enquiry related to sales quotation and process orders, and execute and manage the sales price policy of the company
  •  Active track and gain an understanding of the delivery and stock of products, and provide feedback information in a timely manner.
  • Process and communicate to relevant departments of business information, and ensure the information channels for providing efficient services to customers.
  • Excellent power of execution, working or operating strictly base on company standards and procedures.
  •  Discuss and share information with the manager, and provide suggestions for process improvement.

 

Qualification:

  • Professional Knowledge: basic knowledge of marketing and machinery
  • Work Experience: more than 3 years' work experience
  • Educational Background: associate degree or above
  • Foreign Language Skill: good command of English
  • Computer Skill: familiarity with office software
