Customer Quality Supervisor

We are looking for a new colleague in Division A at our location in Shanghai.

 

Your task

  • Lead CQE team handle customer complaints/ PPAP/audit …etc.
  • Drive problem solving on critical quality issues.
  • Develop CQE team diagnosis capability for products and build up team electronics competency. for better communication with internal and external functions.
  • Strategically drive the improvement about ECU/PU quality performance. Support APQP tasks.
  • Other tasks assigned by customer quality manager.

 

Your profile

  • 6 + years automotive experience and 5 + years relevant position experience, e.g. Sr CQE or CQE supervisor.
  • Good know-how on electronics product/process, understand ECU diagnosis process.
  • Bilingual in Chinese and English, strong at communication with different people under different business situation;
  • Analytical problem solving and decision-making skills; Demonstrated interpersonal skills with team to be mature, confident and consistent to be respected;
  • Excellent leadership qualities and be able to take challenges.
