Customer Quality Manager

We are looking for a new colleague in the Division B department at our location Shanghai.

 

Tasks:
1.Manage customer quality daily activities and also be responsible for team skill improvement and career development.
2.Manage product specific warranty agreements with customers
3.Warranty cost management, optimization of warranty handling process and warranty platform management.
4.Be responsible for receiving, storing, checking  warranty products and drive product performance improvement.
5.Coordinate and drive customer concern resolution, provide prompt communication on status to customer

 

Qualification:
•Over 8 years’ work experience in the automotive industry or quality assurance aspect.
•Over 3 years team management experience.
•Experience of working with global team
•Bachelor degree, automobile or machinery and relevant major
•Fluent level of English skills (Write ,Oral)
