Customer Quality Manager

      Manage product specific warranty agreements with customers

      Monitor warranty cost & effectiveness of warranty analysis.

      Warranty system supporting (business requirements, issue collection, feedback, optimization)

      Conduct warranty training internal and external  

      Prepare and report campaigns fulfillment to management and dealers  

      Consolidation, evaluation and analysis of failure rates,ppm, implementation of continuous improvement for products to improve sales figures.

      Coordination with global team,  to ensure global requirement is well understood and implemented.
