  • Manage Customer specific requirements and where necessary, integration into ZF policies and procedure- CSR evaluation, training and support plant to pass customer system audit.
  • Communicate customer view of performance/perceptions internally to ZF divisions and plant and ensure appropriate actions are established, executed and effective. – transparency of 0km and Field performance and alert trends.
  • Escalate customer quality concern/escalations faster than OEM and creates positive action
  • Monitor and drive technical problem solving robustness and depth- meet customer requirements and de-escalations.
  • Build and enhance customer trust and good relationship, lead and coordinate customer satisfaction issue/ regular meeting between ZF and J/K OEMs JV in China
