Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Quality Leader for our Div Commercial Vehicle Solution at Shanghai.

Your tasks:

  • Proactively manage the overall quality of customer relationship in terms of product and process excellence required to achieve total customer satisfaction.
  • Drive the sense of priority setting for customer quality topics in the ZF CVS organization.
  • Create and maintain the close relationships with customers.
  • Ensure One Voice to the customers for all quality activities and spread the VoC report in APAC region.
  • Close official escalations by clear definition of quality exit criteria at earliest opportunity.
  • Lead activities for quality de-escalation.
  • Drive key customer improvement initiatives and early warning programs.
  • Negotiate with customers on the quality / warranty contracts and CSR after alignment with region (CUDO).
  • Drive the warranty to market (settlement with OEM, ZF Service Network, Aftermarket service provider and End Customers) in consideration to the contractual obligations incl. proper booking allocation.
  • Facilitate and support the negotiation of the ZF responsibility for SIR issue between OEM and PL.
  • Connect the dots between the different ZF CVS stakeholders / functions for topics impacting customer satisfaction.
  • Have a close connectivity with the KAE and the KA team to come to overall customer satisfaction picture.

 

Your profile:

  • 10 Years relevant working experience with customer oriented.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (mechanical and/or electronic essential).
  • Q-Basics Problem solving & Q-Standard knowhow.
  • Contract basics and CUDO knowledge.
  • Experience in GDPEP and PPAP.
  • Excellent commercial vehicle control /automotive product knowledge.
  • Effective communication skill.
  • Good English.
