We are looking for a Customer Quality Engineer - Electronics as a new member of our team for our Division Chassis Solutions at our location of Jiading, Shanghai

What you can look forward to as Customer Quality Engineer - Electronics:

• Main Objectives: Customer Quality Engineer is a position in charge of overall customer quality, coordinating customer complain (8D report, PPM, claim cost charge, customer quality system maintenance, RMA track, QSYS system maintenance, lesson learn…), new project PPAP, customer audit findings track, customer satisfaction, change management.
• Quick response and good service for customer complain by mail, phone, report, and do detail analysis for complained part, submit analysis report to customer quality system.
• Familiar with customer quality system and track complain / PPAP/ quality performance in system.
• Familiar with customer quality system certification request GMW/ SAIC/ SGM BIQS/ Nissan PESES…) and lead plant to get the certification.
• Handle customer PPAP audit, follow up audit findings and submit to customer. Prepare PPAP documents per customer request and submit to customer system. Key customer complains in Qsys system in time per request.
• Keep good communication with customer to meet customer satisfaction.
• Track RMA in time and close rate should meet requirement.

Your Profile as Customer Quality Engineer - Electronics:

• Educational: Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronic & Mechanical or equivalent years of related experience.
• Experience: Technical higher diploma with more than 5 years customer quality experience. Experience working in industry environment and widely involve in quality-related activities such as SPC, PFMEA, 8D, Control Plan, Process Flow, audit. Experience background in Electronic Assembly in an automotive industry is an added advantage.
• Be fluent in both Chinese and English.
• Has analytical problem solving, team building, and decision made skills (Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent. Knowledge of quality standards such as TS 16949, ISO 9002 and QS9000. 6 Sigma experience or equivalent preferred.
• Has 3 years or more experience with automotive quality-related activities such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE) and FMEA.
• Good team work as well as self-dependent. Out Spoken personality, good interpersonal and team player skills.
