About the Team


What you can look forward to as [Customer Planner ]

1) 负责客户需求数据的定期收集以及预测数据分析，确保客户预测准确性。 Responsible for regular sales and rolling forecast updates from customers, and data analysis to ensure an accurate forecast demand.

2) 负责SAP系统客户需求数据的维护和及时更新，确保系统数据的有效性和准确性。 Responsible for demand data maintenance and timely updates in SAP system. Keeping data effectiveness and correct.

3) 确保发货计划的及时执行和100%准时交付（OEM, OES, MA）, 维护良好的计划策略、在工厂和客户间发挥积极有效的沟通桥梁作用。 Guarantee on-time shipmen planning and 100% on-time deliveries to customers (OEM, OES, MA), with good planning and active & effective communication with plant and customers. 

4) 负责客户交付潜在风险的识别和提前预警，和相关部门协作采取有效措施，规避短缺风险、避免欠交。 Responsible for identifying potential delivery risks, making advance alert and escalation and taking active actions with cross functions to avoid shortage issues and backlog. 5) 负责厂内及寄售仓日常库存监控与管理，确保库存水平的合理性和健康程度。 Responsible for regular inventory monitoring and control in plant and 3PLs. Keeping reasonable inventory level and health status.

熟悉质量体系要求（IATF16949）Be familiar with quality system requirement（IATF16949）

3年以上相关工作经验. Over 3 years’ relevant working experiences.

具备流利英语交流能力的候选人优先考虑. Candidates with a level of fluent communication in English are preferred

Have the ability to deal with the problems of assemblage technique. 具有一定的沟通协调能力
