We are looking for new colleague in Shanghai locaiton.
Your task:
•Develop, implement and maintain the regional C&B programs, incl. transfer/adaptation of global C&B policies and procedures into the region
•Drive and/or support standardization, harmonization and digitalization projects within the region incl. review of harmonized salary and grading structure with HR BP’s & management
•Lead job evaluations and implementation of salary scales (by Global Grade x Job Families x Location) across the region
•Conduct labor cost analyses as a basis for management decision making
•Lead the annual salary review process for the region incl. coordination with site HR on data quality/maintenance for ASR & off cycle adjustments (guidance and approval)
•Setup local benefit policy base on local market and culture as well as business requirement, e.g company vehicle policy etc
•Ensure annual participation to salary surveys across the region
•Coordinate the OP salary mass increase budget by country with required level of granularity (merit, promotion, adjustment, etc.) and alignment with HR controlling
Your profile:
§Bachelor/Master degree of relevant area
§Deep C&B process and HR business know how
§5+ years experience in project and/or multinational teams
§Financial Acumen & Analytical skills
§Fluent in English communication (verbal & written)
§Ability to work independently, self-discipline, reliability, consistency
