Job Description

What you can look forward to as Manager, AP Commercial Governance & Innovation:

• Act as the Regional PMO for APAC Commercial Governance & Innovation (CCX), driving end-to-end governance, execution discipline, and coordination across multiple strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate concurrent workstreams across commercial excellence domains including sales effectiveness, customer experience, pricing, enablement, and digitalisation.
• Provide business analysis and insight generation by translating commercial, operational, and performance data into actionable recommendations and decision-ready outputs for APAC leadership.
• Establish and maintain program governance including milestone tracking, risk management, issue resolution, dependency management, and escalation mechanisms.
• Partner closely with APAC leadership, 5 sub-regional leaders, 4 business line leaders, and CCX stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and execution consistency across the region.
• Lead governance reviews, business reviews, initiative tracking, performance reporting, and executive communication, leveraging analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve effectiveness.
• Develop executive-level presentations and leadership materials that communicate complex business topics through compelling, insight-driven narratives and clear recommendations.
• Lead selected regional transformation and commercial excellence initiatives from problem definition and requirements gathering through implementation, change management, and benefit realization.

Your Profile as Manager, AP Commercial Governance & Innovation

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in Regional PMO, program management, project management, business analysis, consulting, or transformation roles within multinational and matrix organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Strong understanding of commercial excellence, sales effectiveness, customer experience, pricing strategy, digital enablement, business transformation, or related areas.
• Experience working in APAC or other complex regional environments with diverse stakeholders, business models, and operational requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous challenges into actionable plans, measurable outcomes, and strategic recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills, including the ability to create high-impact, data-driven management materials.
• High proficiency in data analysis, KPI management, dashboards, reporting tools, and practical use of AI-enabled technologies to drive insights, efficiency, and decision making.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, resilient, and comfortable facilitating governance discussions, leadership reviews, and cross-functional alignment sessions.
• Strong English communication skills; additional APAC language capabilities would be an advantage.
