Your Task:

1. Quote management: Implement best practice quote process cross all products. Execute, manage, evaluate and report to Div. C management on all quotes, & key quote process KPIs (e.g., status, no. quotes). Track input from other departments and set prioritization if necessary. Ensure conformance to guidelines/checklists for increased quality of quote process, detail of quote & quote letter.

2. Profitability management: Drive customer profitability tracking within sales community from quote baseline through pre-launch and into production. Work closely with Divisional finance profitability team to analyze and report results quarterly to Division management. Work with sales accounts to identify & improve where necessary.

3. Market fluctuation management:  Collect, aggregate and analyze market price indices (raw material, FX etc.). Analyze cost vs. customer recovery. Aggregate quarterly pain/gain summary using best practice tools. Close alignment with COEM/KAE teams, finance & materials mgmt. Asset Sales teams on critical actions when needed.

4. Claim management: Owns and drives claim tracking trough best practice tool and chairs regular tracking meetings. Collaboration with KAE teams on major claims (claim quantification and negotiation preparation). Increase transparency in global division and product line through coordination of the local sales team input on a monthly basis. Report key statistics to Divisional management regularly.

5. Pricing: Manages & tracks pricing budget & approval process in close alignment with sales teams & product line management globally. (give-/get back).
