Finance Assistant / Cashier

 

 

Your tasks:

  • 金税系统的维护及及时开票事宜 Maintain Golden Tax system and issue VAT invoice timely
  • 登记维护税务台账，报税、非贸付汇 Maintain tax expense sheet,
  • 填写税务局统计局等相关报表 Completed required reports from tax bureau
  • 与当地税务局的联系及相关事宜 Liaison with local tax bureau
  • 配合并支持财务控制团队完成日常财务工作（包括但不限于月结、对税、内部成本分摊等）Support finance controlling team to complete daily finance work (incl. but not limited to monthly closing, tax reconciliation, internal cost allocation etc.)
  • 其他直线经理安排的相关工作 Other related tasks assigned by line manager

 

Your profile:

  • 良好的沟通能力Strong communication skills
  • 熟悉Excel, 有SAP应用能力为佳，有开具发票和税务经验优先Familiar with Excel, with SAP, experience with issuing VAT invoice and tax-related topics.
  • 正直,勤奋,有责任心,能承受压力Be integrity, diligent and responsible character, can work under pressure
