HR C&B Manager

Your Task
- Ability to take responsibility for projects with certain complexity in Asia region
- Supports and maintains compensation objectives and programs in line with business strategy, as well as the global compensation practices
- Supports execution of ASR processes
- Under supervision analyzes and monitors market trends to ensure competitiveness of compensation programs
- Provides in depth analytical services on topics like internal and external equity cost of labor, pay trends, recommendations on salary packages, salary increase guideline, etc.
- Facilitate full fledge support and services to expatriates and local plus employees. Hear the voices from the assignees, foresee the risks and challenges, propose the solutions.
- Services include but may not be limited to policy counseling, assignment management, destination services, international relocation coordination, intercultural services, ongoing assignment support and repatriation support.
- Manage external vendors, review and initiate improvement of the process, ensure the compliance with company and government policies
- Maintain Expatriate data tables, files and face interface requirements.
Your Profile
- Bachelor Degree or above in Business Management and/or Human Resource Management.
- At least 8 years experience in human resource management in MNCs, and at least 4 years C&B experiences
- Strong capability to translate business/HR vision into executable action plan.
- Strong leadership skills , and proactive and result-oriented.
- Fluent English language and Computer Literacy.
