Customer Sales Manager

We are looking for a new colleague in ZF Aftermarket at our location in Xuhui, Shanghai.

 

You Task:

  • Develop and maintain business relationship with Key area, implement company’s strategy of generalist sales channel development, keep the stable growth in the region. - 50%
  • Regularly monitor distributors performance, sales order, inventory and forecast. Support dealer sales training on selling skills & product knowledge to improve dealer sales capability. Support dealer to work out promotion plan against workshop level to enhance sell out.- 20%
  • Promote the comprehensive business cooperation with Key customers. Develop sales network and enhance sales coverage by city level. (Shanghai and etc)  - 15%
  • Support dealer to visit workshop level to strengthen ZF brand image, product sell out and develop new workshop customers. - 10%
  • Cooperate with PM for competitor's intelligence collection if necessary, record the paper work for daily sales call, weekly report & monthly call plan. - 5%

 

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in sales and marketing preferred;
  • At least 5 years in sales position. Sales knowledge in auto aftermarket is preferred;
  • Have the ability/experience to develop distributors in target cities, be good at customer management;
  • Results oriented, can work under pressure.
  • Ambitious and aggressive, but a good team player.
  • English reading and business travel is a must.
  • Good computer skills with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint; good analytical skills and mindset.
