Your Tasks

Governance role in securing Corporate OP Investment Release process

Implement, run and govern the Launch process of most critical new products @ plants

Support Key investment Projects (>2M Euro) Industrialization and Lead Lean Line Design for critical investment

Build up central manufacturing Digital Planning (Digital Twin) competency (e.g. dynamic simulation, 3D Layout, VR Mockups).

Support the efficiency and effectiveness in the industrialization stages in the plants/divisions through advanced digital tools per business needs

Lead the Asia regional footprint strategic planning through the regional committee and close collaboration with divisions global and local team. Support the footprint project execution by divisions in the region. 

 

Your Profile

Bachelor and above degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation or similar major

Fluent English in daily communication. Experiences with digital simulation tools. Experiences in SAP, MES and SCADA.

10+ Work Experiences in manufacturing environment (multi-sites) including > 5 years hands-on production/material management/launches related experiences in the plants.

Strong leadership and influencing skills. Cross-culture & Cross-function understanding, and communication experience is a must.

Lean expertise with successful solid project execution and management experiences in production line/factory layout design and material flow optimization.

Open minded. Willing to help colleagues succeed.
