Application Engineer

About the Team

We are looking for new colleagues who will join our team at our location Shanghai.

What you can look forward to as Program Manager:

• Lead business development by providing proposal and project expertise for new opportunities, close collaborate with sales and portfolio to drive the new business.
• Lead end-to-end project from award through post SOP+3 months, ensuring compliance with GDPEP process and timely management reporting with appropriate escalation protocols.
• Technical deliverables, timeline adherence, and resource coordination for development phases.
• Integration of all functions (R&D, Production, Quality, etc.) to align with project milestones.
• Monitor and control ERD/Capex/BOM costs, driving functional teams to maintain financial KPIs against baseline targets.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration, resolving interface issues and promoting teamwork across departments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., VAVE targets) across all project phases.

Your Profile as Program Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business or equivalent experience.
• 5-10 years in automotive industry (3+ years in PM role), with ADAS/autonomous systems experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication (oral/written English) and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.).
• Agile/Waterfall methodology expertise; PMP certification advantageous; With Engineering background preferred.
